Accessibility Information

We love to welcome everyone aboard our cruises. However, please note that our boat may not be suitable for everyone.

While we attempt to accommodate the needs of all of our passengers, there are challenge areas around the vessel that are not best be suited for those who are limited to the use of wheelchairs or motorized mobility devices or anyone who finds transiting stairs and gangways difficult. Anyone needing assistance during boarding or disembarkation will have the hands of our trained marine crew there to assist. If you are unsure if you or anyone you are traveling with might have difficulties please do not hesitate to contact us to review accommodations we are able to provide. We cannot guarantee all accomodations can be met but we promise, we will do our best.

Please note: Any guests arriving with any sort of mobility device, wheel chair or scooter (manual or motorized), must be able to board unassisted or with minimal assistance.

Devices are not permitted aboard the MoonLight. The operating company, vessel and crew will not be held responsible for any personal belongings not permitted onboard the boat.

Please note: Premier seating is on our upper deck level and during some tides levels may only be accessible via stairs. Guests unable to transit stairs will not be able to take advantage of Premier seating options.

The MoonLight has two restrooms on board to accomodate passenger use. Please note, our bathrooms and interior cabin access doors have a 3-4" lip, limiting access for certain guests.

Premittance of strollers are at the sole discretion of the MoonLight's Captain and crew and is not guaranteed to be allowed onboard. Strollers can be left at the boarding gate on the pier for the duration of the cruises. The operating company, vessel and crew will not be held responsible for any personal belongings left on the pier.
