The MoonLight can carry 300 passengers, but we limit capacity to 150 for comfort.

No. We are not a ferry service. However, we sail within a few hundred feet for great photo opportunities.

We have two convenient departure locations:

• Pier 36 – Lower Manhattan: 299 South Street, New York, NY 10002. Paid parking (first come, first served). Street parking nearby (not guaranteed).
• Liberty Landing Marina – Jersey City: 80 Audrey Zapp Dr, Jersey City, NJ 07305. Paid parking available.

General admission does not guarantee seating. For reserved seating, choose a ticket upgrade option.

Enjoy light bites at our concession stand and a full-service bar.

Boarding may include ID checks and security screenings. Refusal will result in denied boarding.

The MoonLight is smoke-free. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigs allowed.

On select cruises, professional photos are available for purchase before you leave.

We sail in protected waters of New York Harbor. Motion sickness is rare but possible. Take precautions if you're prone.

Call us at least 1 hour before departure to reschedule. No-shows are non-refundable.

We sail rain or shine. The MoonLight has an enclosed cabin. On rare occasions, severe weather may force cancellation. See Terms, Conditions and Cancellations.

Standard charters are 3 hours sail time + 30 minutes boarding + 30 minutes disembarkment/cleanup, unless otherwise stated in your contract.

Cancellations within 7 days may forfeit your deposit unless rebooked. See your contract for terms.

Per USCG certification, the MoonLight's maximum capacity is 149 passengers. Guests beyond this limit will be denied boarding.

The charterer is responsible for all guests and belongings. Please review policies with your group to ensure smooth boarding and a safe cruise.
